Location: West (Transportation provider). Working hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6:30 PM). Salary: up to $4000 (AWS + VB).
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with quotation preparation and pricing analysis for RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
Coordinate with internal departments and overseas offices on customer requirements and pricing
Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and commercial documents
Maintain and update rate databases and shared folders
Assist in customer onboarding and SOP documentation
Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related records
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for internal tracking
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred.
