Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operational efficiency of our projects.
This involves providing essential administrative support to the Project Manager, coordinating project-related tasks, and maintaining accurate records. If you have excellent communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a strong understanding of project management software, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Assist in creating, organizing, and storing project documentation, including meeting minutes, stakeholder schedules, and correspondence.
- Communication Coordination: Arrange project-related emails, phone calls, and communications, preparing formal project correspondence as needed.
- Meeting Organization: Schedule and organize project meetings, coordinate times, locations, and meeting rooms, prepare and distribute meeting agendas, and take minutes.
- Support Services: Support the Project Manager with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of administrative support experience, ideally in large-scale projects or in energy, construction, or offshore wind industries.
- Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with project management software, basic understanding of document management systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
