Job Title: Operations Executive
At our organization, we are seeking a talented Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of delivery personnel, ensuring they meet operational standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes conducting regular check-ins and providing support to resolve issues on the ground, implementing and enforcing operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and safety, and acting as the primary point of contact for merchants and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing a team of delivery personnel to ensure they meet operational standards and KPIs
- Conducting regular check-ins and providing support to resolve issues on the ground
- Implementing and enforcing operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and safety
- Acting as the primary point of contact for merchants and clients
- Meeting with merchants to ensure smooth collaboration and address any operational challenges
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Keeping clients updated daily on their operational status
- Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement in logistics, delivery routes, and overall workflow
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Handling day-to-day operational issues and providing effective and timely solutions
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on operational performance to stakeholders
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in an operations-related role, preferably within the logistics or food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- A resourceful and proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in using technology and data to inform decisions
