Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our daily operations and ensure smooth execution of projects across the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project and operational activities.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise and support staff, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and project records with accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, in clear English (written and spoken).
  • Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both reading/writing and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
