Responsibilities
Team Introduction: High ethical standards and a culture of integrity are essential to the Ethics Office's mission. The Ethics Office guides ethical leadership, develops and raises awareness of internal policies, and manages investigations. We seek a high-performing professional based in Singapore, experienced in complex business environments and supporting global initiatives.
Administer and monitor the company's speak-up hotline and internal investigation case management system.
Improve governance of ethics and compliance policies and systems.
Align standards across China and Rest-of-World investigation teams.
Coordinate and prepare leadership reports.
Perform data analyses and prepare reports to support operational needs, continuously enhancing report processes.
Collaborate with audit and risk teams to conduct risk assessments, resolve issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Review and update global ethics and compliance policies and SOPs.
Monitor the investigation case management system, triage allegations accurately, and ensure prompt management.
Work with cross-functional teams on remediation actions discovered during investigations.
Manage employee data in the Ethics Office system, including access control and maintenance.
Analyze and verify data extracted from systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Risk Management, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance roles.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data consolidation, and visualization.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in legal, audit, or compliance roles.
Experience with whistleblowing case management tools like Navex.
Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Chinese stakeholders and review documents.
