Develop and expand new markets and customer segments neighbouring regions.
Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Promote and sell a range of industrial gearbox solutions to OEMs and end users across relevant industries.
Identify customer requirements and provide both technical and commercial support to deliver effective solutions.
Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining effective communication with international stakeholders.
Drive lead generation activities and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Champion the launch and adoption of new product offerings and value-added propositions.
Manage the full sales cycle in the assigned territory, from prospecting to closing.
Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and value-driven proposals.
Handle all sales administration tasks, including forecasting, pipeline and CRM management, reporting, and follow-ups.
Manage customer escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining customer trust.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Geared Motor, Industrial Gear, & Coupling industry.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Proficiency in using SalesForce and other business development tools.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel.
