Lecturer (Creative Strategy)

What you will be working on

  • Mould young minds via inspiring workshops and studio practice, student consultations, supervision of assignments and projects which sit on the intersection of technology and design.

  • Focus on quality of lesson design and delivery through engaging teaching and learning strategies and methods, exploiting wherever possible, technology to promote learning.

  • Actively engage with industry and professional bodies to stay abreast with and be responsive to changing trends in the profession and the educational landscape

  • Be mindful of and address the diverse learning needs of students in class and implement ways to holistically develop the potential of students through a range of interventions

  • Promote skills upgrading amongst working adults through development and facilitation of professional workshops and continuing education training programmes.

We are looking for dedicated individuals with unique perspectives and the ability to deliver and excite, both in the classroom and in the realm of communication design processes. The candidate should be able to:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies that clearly communicate value and meet evolving audience needs.

  • Interpret data and reports to guide creative direction and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Channel a strong passion for creativity and design into producing engaging, relevant content.

  • Plan and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand experience.
