Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Business Development Executive (Contracts)
to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth of our exchange through strategic partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of commercial agreements. You will be instrumental in expanding our digital asset offerings and forging key relationships within the crypto ecosystem, with a strong focus on the legal and contractual aspects of these partnerships.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Contract Management & Negotiation
Lead the negotiation and closure of commercial terms and contracts with prospective crypto projects (e.g., for asset listings, strategic collaborations, liquidity partnerships).
Draft, review, and manage a high volume of complex business development agreements, ensuring all terms are favorable to the company and legally sound.
Collaborate closely with internal Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure all contractual agreements adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Strategic Partnerships & Pipeline Management
Identify, research, and evaluate high-potential digital asset projects, blockchain ecosystems, venture funds, and liquidity providers for strategic partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline, tracking progress from initial outreach to contract execution and post-agreement activation.
Act as a primary point of contact and relationship manager for new and existing token partners and institutional collaborators throughout the contract lifecycle.
Digital Asset Listing Strategy & Execution
Actively contribute to defining and executing the company’s digital asset listing strategy, identifying value-capturing opportunities.
Guide prospective token projects and partners through the full lifecycle of the listing and onboarding process, from due diligence to technical integration.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to streamline and automate the end-to-end listing and partnership execution processes.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and strategic growth areas within the crypto industry.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pipeline status, contract terms, market insights, and performance of executed agreements for senior management.
Monitor and synthesize updates on crypto regulations and global market trends to inform contract strategies and risk assessment.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or contract management, preferably within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of contract law principles and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Deep passion for and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) would be a plus for international partnerships.
Bonus Points
Prior experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange or a blockchain project.
Existing networks within the crypto ecosystem (e.g., VCs, founders, liquidity providers).
