We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to our chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage clinic schedules and coordinate appointment times
  • Handle patient inquiries and respond to phone calls
  • Perform daily general housekeeping tasks
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
