Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role The organization is seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to design and implement High Availability, Backup & Recovery solutions on Azure and AWS. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and ensuring they align with established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage large-scale infrastructure project implementations and deployments.
  • Review Vulnerability Assessment and Security Assessment reports; propose and implement infrastructure solutions and provide recommendations to application teams.
  • Collaborate with product vendors for effective cloud solution deployment.
  • Plan and conduct research on application technologies independently to support business objectives.
  • Prepare documentation outlining the ideal future state of infra-architecture, identify current gaps, and define transition plans to bridge these gaps.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant working experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and implementation, particularly with AWS and Azure.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing cloud solutions (HA, backup/recovery), infrastructure deployment, vulnerability and security assessment review, cloud architecture documentation, and performance/scalability optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in cloud architecture such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
