Job Title:

Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and tracking submissions, responses, and material approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tender documents and prepare cost estimates.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
  • Prepare design proposals, pricing breakdowns, and documentation for submission.
  • Handle procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and the main contractor for approvals and deliveries.
  • Track submissions, responses, and material approval processes.
  • Prepare shop, as-built, schematic, and detail drawings for ACMV systems.
  • Revise drawings based on consultant and site feedback.
  • Prepare test reports, operation & maintenance manuals, and handover documentation.
  • Visit sites when necessary for coordination and installation updates.
  • Submit variation orders and progress claims based on completed work.

Requirements:

  • AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
  • Knowledge of ACMV equipment and systems.
  • Understanding of contract and tendering processes.
  • Communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years, preferably local experience.

Negotiation , Construction , Quantity Surveying , Administration , Estimates , Procurement , AutoCAD , Civil Engineering , Tendering , Pricing , Sourcing , CAD , Cost Control , and Mechanical Engineering skills are highly valued in this role.
