For more information on Singapore University of Social Sciences, please visit Short Description What You Will Be Doing Administrative Support Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, basic procurement, and reporting tasks. Maintain records such as participant attendance, training logs, and feedback summaries. Provide logistical support for project-related events and workshops. Research Support Conduct literature reviews and assist in preparing research summaries. Support data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Transcribe and organise qualitative and quantitative data. Assist in research documentation, including ethics forms and progress reports. Contribute to presentations, policy briefs, and publications. Others Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or degree in social sciences, public health, gerontology, or related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or research support. Interest in eldercare, ageing, or community engagement. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like NVivo, SPSS, or Qualtrics is a plus. Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned.
