Job Title: Visualizer and Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Visualizer and Design Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Quantity Surveyors to coordinate tendered materials, budget, and design.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, able to discuss project scope, budget, and troubleshooting with technical managers, clients, architects, and other relevant authorities. They will also be responsible for arranging and scheduling raw materials in the factory and delivering them to site.

Liaising with main contractors and architects is also a crucial part of this role. The successful candidate will prepare section drawings and sampler board presentations, labelling vendors and other relevant information for their selection and approval.

In addition, the Visualizer and Design Coordinator will be responsible for issuing work orders to the Production Department and liaising with purchasers for purchasing raw materials using Purchase Requisition Forms.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant degree and preferably have specialized knowledge in Architecture or Interior Design. You should also have expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Inventor, and Solidworks, as well as Microsoft Office and Design Management software.

A strong leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillset is essential for this position. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
