About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Equity Research Analyst to join our Family Office's investment team in Singapore. The successful candidate will have 7–10 years of equity research experience at a leading global buy-side or sell-side institution, with a strong focus on supporting portfolio managers with in-depth investment insights and generating solid analysis reports on the investment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth fundamental research and analysis on companies, sectors in the global markets.
  • Build a strong understanding of
    technology-driven sectors
    , with ability to assess technical feasibility, product iteration, and long-term commercial potential. Recognize that technology stocks may move independently of macroeconomic cycles and are often driven by rapid innovation and news flow.
  • Support CEO/Investment Director with investment recommendations, risk assessments, and scenario analyses.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models to assess company performance and long-term value drivers.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings, identify key catalysts and risks, and provide timely updates to the investment team.
  • Support the CEO/Investment Director in communicating with clients on the quarterly investment report.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Educational background or proven experience in science, engineering, or technology-related fields is a plus, to better evaluate technology-driven business models.
  • 7–10 years of equity research experience at a leading buy-side asset manager, hedge fund, or top-tier sell-side research house.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-conviction investment ideas and support portfolio decision-making.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.
  • A strong network and established industry relationships will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg or other financial data analytic platform.
  • Advanced Excel (including VBA) skills, with working knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data analysis and automation.
