Continuous process technological optimization, development, and planning of processes and plants in collaboration with R&D and production.
Execution of investment and optimization projects in existing production plants in Asia Pacific South.
Contribution to the optimization of existing production processes as part of continuous process development.
Leading process development projects with interdisciplinary teams.
Development of innovative process technological concepts for the production of specialty chemicals.
Planning, coordination, and execution of experiments in laboratory, pilot plant, or production environments.
Collaboration with operational divisions, R&D organizations, and equipment and plant manufacturers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in process technology, chemical engineering, or related natural sciences.
Ideally over 5 years of experience in petrochemical or specialty chemical industries. Experience on Jurong Island is a plus.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Motivated, flexible, creative team player.
Interest in being part of a global expert group.
Willingness to travel internationally.
