Continuous process technological optimization, development, and planning of processes and plants in collaboration with R&D and production.
Execution of investment and optimization projects in existing production plants in Asia Pacific South.
Contribution to the optimization of existing production processes as part of continuous process development.
Leading process development projects with interdisciplinary teams.
Developing innovative process technological concepts and methods for the production of specialty chemicals.
Planning, coordinating, and executing experiments in laboratory, pilot plant, or production environments.
Collaborating closely with operational divisions, internal and external R&D organizations, and equipment and plant manufacturers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in process technology, chemical engineering, or similar sciences.
Over 5 years of experience in petrochemical or specialty chemical industries is preferred; experience on Jurong Island is a plus.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Motivated, flexible, and creative team player with high self-motivation.
Interest in joining a global expert group.
Willingness to travel internationally.
