(What you will be working on)Curate and develop compelling digital content across multiple formats for NLB's digital channels Research learning trends and analyse target user needs to create relevant content that fills identified gaps and meets learning objectives Monitor and analyse digital content performance through data tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable recommendations Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content meets organisational standards and aligns with branding guidelines Support SEO and omni-channel strategies to optimise content discoverability and enhance user reach and conversion (What we are looking for)Passion for digital learning and creating engaging educational experiences for diverse library users Strong project management and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams Experience or keen interest in digital content creation and social media curation Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analytics, web metrics, or digital marketing principles Creative skills in digital design, videography, or content development would be an advantage Understanding of intellectual property and copyright considerations in digital media #J-18808-Ljbffr
