Interior Digital Content Creator (IDCC)

**Job Role Description**:
The Interior Digital Content Creator (IDCC) creates appealing and awe-inspiring digital content, mainly Videos and Photos, to impact an audience positively, generating leads for the brand and attracting more customers through the digital content displayed.

The IDCC works in a fluid and collaborative environment. The IDCC supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty through Digital Content, mainly Videos, and Photos.

The IDCC is creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines, and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks**:

- Lead and execute onsite and offsite **photography **and **video shoots **.
- Responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos and photography for completed projects and renovated homes.
- Produce and update interesting content on Interior Design and Home Renovation. E. g. web articles, social media postings, visual graphics such as photos, videos, infographics, etc.
- Use analytics to measure the success of the digital content.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient in photography and videography.
- Proficient in graphic design and photo editing software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Movie Maker, etc.).
- Good knowledge of DSLR and lens setups.
- Good design sense and a keen eye for detail and experience in furniture/interior design/lifestyle photography and video shooting.
- Inquisitive, tenacious, and self-motivated individual.
- Creative and strategic thinker and able to think out of the box.
- Flair for content writing.
- Excellent in English. Proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Able to multitask and work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Able to handle tight deadlines.
- Able to work well in a team as you will be required to collaborate across teams.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma and above in Marketing, Media, Arts, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Prior experience in home improvement, decoration, and interior design would be preferred.
- Able to commence on short notice.
