My client is a leading and growing Oil and Energy Firm and we are recruiting for a Contracts Admin professional to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all contracts and legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.
Responsibilities for this Contract Admin - Shipping/Commodities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for crude oil, petroleum, and bio-resource products
Respond to counter proposals and negotiate terms to safeguard the firm's commercial and legal interests.
Liaise closely with traders to ensure contract terms reflect deal intentions.
Support periodic reporting to headquarters and regional offices.
Carry out additional administrative duties as requested by management.
Requirements for this Contract Admin - Shipping/Commodities
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or legal support, ideally in the shipping, energy or commodities sector.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial negotiation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
