We’re searching for an
Engineer
to be part of our
Quality & Reliability Engineering
diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
What you will be working on:
Managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
Ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through collaboration with various stakeholders including account-facing teams & process owners.
Facilitating engineering change requirements to ensure that both internal and customer requirements are met.
Managing the ECN scorecards with respect to implementation and closure with relevant stakeholders.
Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
Facilitating customer concessions and collaborating with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.
Participating in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
Analyzing common problems/root causes with suggestions for further improvements.
More About You:
Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
Preferably with experience in SPC tools.
Preferably with experience in Change Management & Concession Management.
