We’re searching for an
Senior Engineer/Engineer
to be part of our
Facilities (Mechanical)
Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for providing facilities support pertaining to Facilities Monitoring and Control Systems (FMCS) and other miscellaneous electrical & electronic facilities systems to wafer fabrication to ensure continuous supply of utilities & related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.
What you will be working on:
Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times.
Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore them to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time. Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
Formulate effective reporting and tracking systems for monitoring system performance and capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects where appropriate.
Review and improve operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of systems.
Monitor and review utility consumptions and collaborate with users to implement projects to reduce consumption where possible.
Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues to ensure adequate working knowledge and system backup.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, legislations, codes of practice, etc.
Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentation are generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
Conduct project supervision.
More about you:
Master's / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent.
Experience in operation/maintenance of exhaust systems, cleanroom, HVAC, etc.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in wafer fabrication.
Strong engineering knowledge in mechanical system design.
