Manager/Senior Manager (Facilities Management - Lease), Space Infrastructure & Admin (Sp IA) This position is responsible for the facilities management, specific to management of tenancies of A*STAR to ensure timely execution of leases which are critical to support A*STAR's mission. Key Accountabilities: Contract owner of A*STAR leases: Coordinates, negotiates and establishes or renews tenancies of A*STAR spaces, based on guidance from A*STAR Space Master Planning team and A*STAR Programme-Space Steering Committee. This includes the following: Working with A*STAR Legal, end-users and other stakeholders on reviewing terms and conditions of leases Arranging for payment of stamp duty, security deposit/bankers' guarantee and any other costs required for execution of leases Interface with landlords and A*STAR partners on billing or contractual matters Prepares and maintains masterfile of tenanted area, usable area, common area and chargeable area for forecasting of Rental, Utilities and Facilities Management (RUFM) expenses/budget and apportionment of costs to various A*STAR units monthly Contributes to long-term masterplanning of A*STAR space and infrastructure, including the establishment of a centralized space management system Job Requirements: Possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience in lease management.
