Job Title:
Regional Credit Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing credit management processes across the SAPMENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient customer credit operations, minimize risk, and drive excellence in management practices.
  • Oversee and manage credit levels across the region, ensuring levels are maintained within budget while meeting business turnover targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate risk across the region, identifying potential areas of concern and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to align deductions strategy and ensure effective credit management practices.
  • Conduct regular credit reviews and assessments to assess the creditworthiness of customers and make informed credit decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit management, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, credit policies, and credit management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound credit decisions based on thorough analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
