Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to address complex business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations. Ensure the integration of SAP FICO modules with other relevant modules and external systems. Financial Process Improvement: Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining using SAP FICO capabilities. Design and implement improvements to financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project resources effectively. Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, staying current with industry trends, updates, and best practices. Provide expert advice on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration to solve complex business challenges. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to end users, ensuring their proficiency in using SAP FICO functionalities. Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues, answer queries, and troubleshoot technical problems. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and solutions. Generate regular reports on system performance, process efficiency, and project status for management review. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. SAP Certification is a strong plus. Proven experience in team leadership and people management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective SAP FICO solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
