Overview Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Corporate Functions - Singapore (Third-party Contractor). This 12-month contract role focuses on sourcing and building a world-class interview experience for candidates across ByteDance's global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics teams in the APAC region. Responsibilities Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents at all levels. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams. Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights; initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting efficiency with guidance from TA partners. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency. Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualification: 1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) preferred.
