Job Overview

Maintenance Engineers are pivotal in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of advanced digital equipment used in casino operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on digital gaming equipment, such as card readers, chip counters, and RFID systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and provide prompt solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Install new equipment and provide training to clients on its proper use.
  • Collect and analyze data to optimize equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships through reliable support and excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with international teams and travel for project support, adapting to diverse cultural environments.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be eligible for casino licensing, with no criminal record, bankruptcy, or legal proceedings.
  • Display a willingness to work flexible hours to support 24/7 operations, including irregular shifts and client service needs.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Be open to international travel and potential overseas postings, embracing global opportunities for growth and development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Receive a 14-month basic salary annually, inclusive of AWS and performance bonus.
