TEACHER - RETAIL SERVICES
Duties and responsibilities:
- Teach topics related to retail services and demonstrate practical skills to students.
- Design effective instructional materials to enhance students' learning.
- Be a role model and mentor to students to develop their capabilities.
- Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment.
- Provide career guidance to students.
- Establish positive partnerships with parents and community to enhance learning outcomes for students.
- Diploma or higher academic qualification in Business or Marketing-related discipline.
- Knowledgeable and skillful in Retail Operations, Merchandise Display, Customer Service, and Online Retailing.
- At least 3 years of working experience in retail or service-related environment.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teaching or training experience.
- WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications
