Job Opportunity:

A skilled Administrative Coordinator is needed to provide expert support to solicitors, conduct thorough property searches, and prepare accurate documents for submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with administrative tasks, including managing case files, tracking deadlines, and providing exceptional client support.
  • Conduct property searches, title searches, and prepare e-stamping and due diligence documents.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and liaise with external parties.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and manage correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in conveyancing, including stamp duty filings and Land Registry applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
