Job Title: Data Science Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Specialist to support our data classification and taxonomy methods and standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the data team to understand business requirements and ensure accuracy and recall rates.

  • Support analysis, identification and marking of various data samples in storage to ensure accuracy and recall rate.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to improve algorithm recognition and machine learning ability by analyzing bad cases of algorithm-recommended data labels and suggesting improvements.
  • Investigate data samples from each business line, improve classification standards of data labels and sample databases, and deepen understanding of business operations.
  • Optimize data annotation operation processes, label sampling and review mechanisms, and improve efficiency of manual standards.
  • Participate in functional optimization design of the annotation platform.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, research and development experience in testing, data analyst, or DBA.
  • Excellent communication and analysis skills, good reasoning skills, and ability to quickly understand business operations and judge sample types according to business attributes.
  • Ability to effectively perform repetitive tasks with minimal errors.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, strong interest preferred.
