Trade Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take ownership of trade compliance operations in the SEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full adherence to STC regulations, FTA classifications, and import/export protocols. They will also lead efforts to organize and interpret supply chain data, turning raw information into strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in trade compliance and regulatory frameworks within ASEAN and Pakistan. They will possess a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools and data visualization. Additionally, they will have the ability to influence and collaborate across functions to align and implement best practices.

The role requires solid project management background with a track record in high-tech supply chain operations. Familiarity with demand planning, logistics, customer service, and warehousing processes is essential. Experience working within ERP systems (preferably SAP), plus strong Microsoft Office skills are also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance-related processes, workflows, and departmental SOPs remain current and effective.
  • Providing training and conducting internal audits as needed.
  • Maintaining updated trade and chemical regulation adherence.
  • Developing customized reporting and uncovering trends that inspire process innovation using BI tools.
