**About the Role**:
As a result of this large-scale change program, we are seeking to appoint a **Trade Compliance Executive**. In this role you will be responsible for trade compliance frameworks and export controls.

Thanks to your accuracy and timely execution of duties, you will support business leaders in executing transaction screenings, reviewing of concerned parties, and enforcing transaction go/no-go decisions. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform transaction screening and resolution.
- Liaise with business partners and contractors, including trading companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to address any operational issues.
- Support the administration of the internal assessment and audit program, including collaboration with Internal Audit and external auditors as needed.
- Liaison with external parties such as Customs brokers and trading companies involved in Olympus’ import and export operations.
- Ensure proper record and update of the policies and related documents.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma in supply chain management, customs operations, international trade, legal, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to develop trusting and credible relationships with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of international trade, customs, FTAs, and sanctions.
- Methodical and process oriented.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, customs operation, international trade, or equivalent.
