Join to apply for the Sales & Marketing Admin Executive role at Manpower Singapore Responsibilities Assist on generating weekly sales and SMMS/Salesforce reports. Manage monthly input and calculation of sales incentives for the Sales Team. Upload distributor sales records into SAP accurately and on time. Review all sales returns and FOC (Free of Charge) transactions to ensure they are supported by valid reasons and/or approved Return Credit Notes or Sample Requests in accordance with company policy. Lead the administration of sample management for the Sales and Marketing team. Manage and maintain Sales and Marketing SOPs and QMS‐coded documents (e.g., promotional material distribution lists, approval forms, and related records). Oversee the process for non‐inventory purchases; submit invoices to the invoice centre with approved POs on behalf of the Sales and Marketing team. Submit vendor creation and update requests via MDG‐S on behalf of the team. Provide logistical and administrative support for Sales and Marketing events and activities, including venue sourcing, catering arrangements, and related coordination. Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to ensure general administrative procedures are updated, efficient, and compliant with company standards. Maintain both electronic and hard‐copy filing systems for QMS documents, agreements, and other key records. Schedule and coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and accommodation arrangements for internal and external events. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3‐4 years of relevant experience in administrative support, preferably within sales and marketing environment. Prior experience working with distributors, handling tender submissions, and managing promotional materials is highly desirable. Good organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Suite and comfortable working with data and reports. A self‐starter who can connect the dots across business processes, close operational gaps, and drive real, productive change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
