Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and implement strategies to grow our online presence. If you are passionate about storytelling and digital trends, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Oversee and manage company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others Plan, schedule, and post content to engage the target audience and enhance brand visibility Content Creation Develop and curate high-quality text, image, and video content tailored to our audience Work with the design and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns Video Editing Edit videos for social media using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience Community Engagement Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Foster a strong online community through meaningful conversations and engagement strategies Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth Prepare reports and use data insights to optimise strategies and content performance Travel Requirement Be willing to travel for events, on-site shoots, or client meetings as needed Requirements: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences Creative thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment Previous experience (internship or freelance) in social media management is a bonus but not mandatory Open to occasional travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
