Gilead currently has three shared services teams in Ireland, North America and Singapore to support the worldwide business. The Global Financial Solutions (GFS) focus is on delivering innovative financial services & solutions to achieve a better, healthier world for all people. This role will be part of our Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team based in Singapore and offer you the opportunity to work within a culture of highly motivated, talented individuals who are dedicated to the Company's mission.

Responsibilities and scope
Lead the STS (Source to Settle) & OTC (Order to Cash) team in the management and delivery of STS and OTC services, mainly focusing on ANZ & Asia markets (or other markets as needed).
Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance Business Partners and other financial users and Gilead suppliers in relation to STS.
Oversee OTC processes including Customer and Credit Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit review, Order Management, and month-end processes for APAC markets.
Manage supplier onboarding requests, PO administration, supplier invoice processing, employees' expense claims, Corporate Card handling, and
