Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in the retail industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies across various brands and platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness
  • Manage and maintain our company's website and e-commerce platform
  • Coordinate daily online sales fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Evaluate current marketing programs and recommend improvements to stay ahead of the competition
  • Design and develop marketing collateral including signages, banners, ads, posters, social media materials, and EDMs
  • Build relationships with key media, agencies, vendors, and brands to develop engaging content for print, digital, and in-store communications channels
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and third-party business partners to ensure marketing objectives are met according to branding guidelines and artistic integrity
  • Develop and maintain a creative in-store visual merchandising strategy

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the retail industry
  • Experience in Meta Business Suite, E-commerce (ideally Shopify), Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, and Wordpress
  • Experience in roadshows will be preferred
  • Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software would be an advantage
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, experience in retail would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
