Diagnostic Imaging Nurse

About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Diagnostic Imaging Department. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Provide efficient portering services, using wheelchairs, trollies or beds as necessary.
  • Support radiological and radiographic procedures, including newborn hearing screening and ECG.
  • Offer patient care during their stay in the department.
  • Assist at the reception counter during peak periods.
  • Perform darkroom duties when required.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
  • Previous experience in acute care hospitals, particularly in radiology departments (an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Patient and emotionally resilient, able to remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong team player with a sense of initiative, agility and perseverance.
  • Able to work emergency calls if needed.
