Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Systems Engineer to lead our team in providing top-notch facilities management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to innovate and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and assign tasks to engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance checks, ensuring adherence to checklists and schedules.
  • Respond promptly to corrective maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, both verbal and written.
Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with chilled water ACMV systems, including chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Experience with VRV ACMV systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical fans, building management systems, lifts and escalators, medical gas systems, water and ejector pumps, stormwater pumps, motorized valves, and pneumatic systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
