Description Ubi - Near MRT Monday- Friday 730am-5pm, Saturday 730am-12pm $2300 - $2800 (no OT) Industry: Telecommunication / IT We are seeking a responsible and organized store assistant to manage our project materials and equipment. The store assistant will oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving, issuing, and tracking project items such as WiFi routers, ONT, modems, cables, and other network-related equipment. Responsibilities Manage the equipment inventory and ensure accurate stock records. Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and conditions against delivery orders. Attend and support both internal and external store audits (e.g. Singtel or company audits), ensuring full compliance with audit requirements. Issue materials and equipment (e.g. WiFi routers, ONTs, modems, etc.) to Field Engineers (FEs) as per job requirements. Maintain proper documentation for all issuance and returns of materials. Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and report to the supervisor. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely replenishment of stocks. Keep the store area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations. Assist in preparing daily or weekly stock reports for management review. Handle defective equipment returns and arrange for repair or disposal according to company procedures. Requirements Prior experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse management preferred. Basic knowledge of IT/networking equipment (WiFi routers, modems, etc.) an advantage. Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
