Overview
Our client is an engineering solutions provider committed to elevating infrastructure access, maintenance, and safety across urban landscapes. As we expand our footprint and projects across Asia, we are seeking a capable and driven Business Associate to support our operations and drive strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and business-savvy individual to join our team as a Business Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions, managing projects, and supporting business growth through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of strategic business development initiatives and partnerships across regional markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and operational improvements.
Assist in managing client accounts, preparing pitch materials, and supporting contract negotiations.
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) to coordinate project timelines and resource planning.
Develop business decks, financial models, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project KPIs and generate regular business reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
24 years of experience in business consulting, investment, corporate strategy, or operations, preferably within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work under tight deadlines.
Multilingual capabilities (Korean/Japanese/English) would be an added advantage.
