The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating regional medical and health economics research activities for our client in the pharmaceutical sector. This role ensures that all project deliverables — including real-world data analysis, evidence generation, and health outcomes research — are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role supports the client's regional initiatives to generate high-quality, real-world evidence and health economics insights that inform product positioning, reimbursement strategies, and healthcare decision-making across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned health outcomes and epidemiology projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, and execute non-interventional or real-world evidence (RWE) studies. Review project specifications, study protocols, and data analysis plans to ensure methodological soundness and compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory standards. Oversee project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure all milestones are met. Support the preparation of study reports, abstracts, and manuscripts in collaboration with scientific and medical teams. Monitor project risks, quality, and resourcing requirements, escalating issues when necessary. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams (medical, market access, regulatory). Develop understanding of real-world data sources, HTA requirements, and payer evidence generation processes. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards related to medical research and data privacy. Requirements / Qualifications Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, epidemiology, health outcomes research, or pharmaceutical/medical research projects. Experience in managing RWE or non-interventional studies preferred. Strong understanding of research design, data analysis, and evidence generation. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across diverse teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
