Technology Support Engineer – Risk & Analytics - Singapore - PR/Citizen Our client is assembling a high-performing technology team to build and support the next generation of in‐house risk and analytics tools. The team will provide L2/L3 support and full production ownership across key business areas—risk, analytics, trading, portfolio visualization, and market data. Responsibilities Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts; ensure rapid response and resolution. Maintain system stability and uptime across all managed tools and environments. Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and user query support. Identify improvement areas, assess business risk, and prioritize remediation. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless issue handover and follow‐ups. Support releases and meetings on weekends or shifts when required. Develop deep subject matter expertise and become the go‐to person for assigned systems. Requirements Basic knowledge of Commodities products is essential. Experience interacting with portfolio managers and traders. 5+ years of hands‐on experience in Python, Unix/Shell scripting, and SQL. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Maven, or AWS is an advantage. Proactive self‐starter, eager to learn new technologies (e.g., Cloud, Serverless). Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
