This rapidly expanding Digital Media agency in Singapore is a fast-paced, innovative agency specializing in creating data-driven digital marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients. They are passionate about helping brands achieve their goals through targeted media campaigns that reach and engage the right audiences. They're looking for a strategic and analytical Digital Media Planner to join our team and help drive the success of their client campaigns. As a Digital Media Planner , you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and maximize campaign performance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee media buying, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Media Strategy Development: Work with account managers and clients to develop strategic media plans that align with campaign goals, budgets, and timelines. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage media buys across digital channels including social media, display, video, search, and programmatic. Audience Targeting: Identify key target audiences and develop targeting strategies using first- and third-party data to optimize reach and engagement. Budget Management: Allocate media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal return on investment. Vendor Management: Collaborate with media vendors, negotiate rates, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality media placements. Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and DSP platforms. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve KPIs such as reach, impressions, clicks, and conversions. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure media plans are aligned with creative content and overall campaign strategy. Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in digital media, emerging platforms, and new technologies to keep the agency's media strategies ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital media planning or buying, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of media planning tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.). Familiarity with programmatic buying and data-driven audience targeting. Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with media vendors and partners. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients.
