What the Role Is
As the Manager/ Senior Manager in the Schools Division Innovation Office (SDIO), you will be part of the team driving innovation across schools through data-informed insights and process improvements. You will work closely with schools and HQ divisions to develop scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support evidence-based decision-making for improved student outcomes.
What You Will Be Working On
Engage schools in deep-dive reviews of administration processes across finance, procurement, HR, IT and facilities management to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and efficiency gains
Evaluate and drive the development of data analytics and AI solutions to enhance capacity in schools and Schools Division for data-informed decision-making
Lead the documentation and scaling of good practices, including developing implementation frameworks and monitoring the adoption of these practices
Drive change management efforts in partnership with schools and HQ divisions, including adoption of emerging technological solutions
What We Are Looking For
Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Possess an analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation, including proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience in school administration or public sector operations and/ or proven track record in change management and implementation would be an advantage
