What will you be doing?We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Field Service Coordination Engineer to be part of our team. You will be a member of our Field Service Management team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. Your main focus area will be to organize service attendances through our global service network, participate on shifts, support engineers while on board following system's requirements. The role is on-site in Singapore City. Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent. Experience in customer support Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall. Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching. Fluent in written and spoken English. Great communication and teamwork skills. Working Visa for Singapore. Great to have Experience on maritime business and vessel environment Experience on operation, support and installation of maritime satellite communications systems (Inmarsat FleetXpress, KU VSAT, Intellian and Cobham antennas). Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
