Plant ControllerJob Responsibilities:Manages and directs staff of accountants and analysts to conduct all routine procedures and duties associated with the plant controller organization.Provides advice and counsel to plant operations management to ensure the optimum performance of the plant. Interprets financial data collection to influence management toward decisions consistent with company objectives.Set up and monitor systems of internal control consistent with direction provided by the Division controller and Manager of Tax & Treasury.Monitors plant credits and collections. Supervises plant cash management including collections and forecasting balances over time.Prepares financial projections and company status reports to divisional and corporate management as required.
