Your responsibilities include prompt collection of all outstanding debts by monitoring overdue accounts receivables, ensuring settlements are made promptly, and investigating discrepancies of balances with clients. You will work closely with internal and external parties, proactively building and fostering strong relationships. Additionally, you will ensure the accurate and prompt allocation of receipts/payments into the accounting system and assist in preparing journal entries when necessary.
