We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable, and systematic Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations in our FMCG, import/export, and consumer goods business, lead the finance team, and support management, with potential to grow into a Finance Director role. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audits. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Oversee corporate tax matters and annual stocktake, including reconciliation and reporting. Identify and implement process and workflow improvements across finance operations. Co-lead system enhancements, including ERP upgrades and reporting tools (Power BI). Generate operational and management reports, providing actionable insights. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive performance and growth. Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance with proven hands-on experience, systematic and results-driven. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, ERP systems, process improvement, and people leadership. Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or import/export distribution is highly preferred.
