As a
Project Executive , you will coordinate the schedule, budget, and issues and risks of the project. You will ensure the project is well-organized and runs smoothly. This includes communicating with various departments and teams in the organization to ensure everyone is on the same page. You will need to excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and must be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.
What will you do?
Ensure the team members have the tools they need to execute the project.
Create project schedules, with milestones, due dates, and estimates for materials and other resources, which will then be submitted to project management for review/approval.
Coordinate the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the PM and project steering committee.
Be attentive to details and capable of leveraging tools to drive productivity and maintain an accurate representation of the project information (progress, tasks, deliverables, financial, etc.).
Assist or facilitate every aspect of the project with the PM to stay on track or ahead of information communication, processing orders, executing workstreams/requests, and maintaining documentation repository.
Lead assigned tasks without supervision and be absolutely dependable.
The ideal candidate should possess:
At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation, and support of information technology projects.
Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Able to travel to customer sites locally as required.
