Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.**Job Description****Responsibilities**As part of the CapitaLand Investment SEA business, you will be part of the SEA Investment team, reporting to the Head of Investment. You will be responsible for the following:* Prepare financial models, feasibility studies and investor pitch decks for investments opportunities in the Southeast Asia region, primarily in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam* Participate in deal evaluation, market analysis and deal approvals to internal and fund investment committee* Support regional business development efforts for investments and new business ventures opportunities, across various real estate asset classes* Assist in the planning, compilation, and preparation of regular management reporting* Conduct research on macroeconomic and real estate market trends, and any other ad hoc studies as required**Requirements*** Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline* Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in an investment function; familiar with real estate assets underwriting* Proficient in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint* Self-starter, able to multi-task effectively and work independently with limited supervision* Good critical thinking and business acumen, intellectual curiosity balanced with a practical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and a good sense of urgency* Openness to embracing AI technologies and a willingness to learn and apply AI tools to enhance investment practices.**Benefits**
