Overview We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Marketing Events & Promotions Executives . This role is ideal for people who enjoy interacting with others, working in lively event environments, and contributing to marketing campaigns on the ground. Job Responsibilities Support the setup and execution of roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Share product/service information clearly and confidently Assist with on-site branding, booth activities, and marketing materials Ensure smooth event operations together with the team Provide feedback and suggestions to improve campaign performance Participate in regular team training to develop communication and marketing skills What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in events, promotions, and marketing communication Skills in public speaking, persuasion, and customer engagement A fun and dynamic working environment with a young team Continuous training and mentorship from experienced leaders Travel opportunities for high-performing individuals Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Enjoys interacting with people and working in event-based settings Good communication and interpersonal skills No prior experience required —training provided Comfortable working at both indoor and outdoor event locations Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Career Progression Clear growth pathway: Executive → Senior Executive → Team Leader → Assistant Manager → and moreGrowth is based on performance, consistency, and leadership ability.
